Thank you for choosing our travel package(s) by booking a trip through us. Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you have clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip.

1. Pricing: Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservation online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted by us are charged on per person basis, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food during stay, room services, and laundry. The given rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses etc.

For Online Link based Payment by Credit Cards, we will generate our invoice and link using HDFC-CC Avenue Payment Gateway and send email for payment to us accordingly.

Payment by VISA/MASTER credit card bank charges will be 3.75% extra on top of our quoted cost.

Payment by AMEX credit card bank charges will be 4.75% extra on top of our quoted cost.

Payment Policy

At the time of confirmation 25% of the package cost in advance.

The remaining amount required:

30 Days before arrival for FITS (1-9 Persons)

60 Days before arrival for GITS (10 persons & above)

3. Confirmation of Payment Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you have provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation, No Show and Amendment Policy:

Note: No Show if you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.

Amendment Policy

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

NOTE: Above are the Cancellation/Amendment policy but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the charges and update you on case to case basis.

Special Note: Above are our general terms and conditions. In case of any specific rule by hotel / service provider due to Peak / High seasons / Long Weekends / Fair & Festivals / X-mas & New Year / Blackout Dates, we will advise accordingly and if you accept, then only go ahead and pay.

5. Cancellation Procedures: Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to us in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. We cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments Routings and Services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that we reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of natural calamities, such as flood and earthquake.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in /Check-out Policy: If we are not able to trace for you an accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in /check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you have chosen (In general 1400 Hrs Checkin / 1100 Hrs Checkout time at most hotels). We cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not adhered by the hotel due to their busy schedule.  Entire room will be requested as non-smoking unless otherwise specified.

In the itinerary the hotels that you choose for your trip are specified by name according to stars, please, check from the web page in advance to know if they are to your liking since once the reservation is made there will be NO changes or claims.

8. Travel Insurance: we shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveller should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.

9. International Air Tickets / Visa Fees: It is always recommendable to book/apply these in your own country hence we do not include the same in our package. However Domestic Air Tickets we can book at Extra Quoted cost (if needed).

10. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

11. General Information

● Please be informed to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our office/executive/driver.

● We reserve the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.

● Kindly be informed if there are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.

● The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing. 

● We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability.  Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.

● The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations. 

● We undertake to choose the best option in service, security and location within each category of hotel and if there is any difficulty when making the reservation, we undertake to make it in hotels of similar or superior categories.

● If for any reason beyond the control of us, the local/international airline, the trains or hotels cancel the reservation, their policies will apply without exception. As responsible operators, we will mediate between vendors and our guests, but the agency will not buy new tickets or hotel stays. In this case, the client has to bear the price of a new ticket or hotel stay due to cancellation if the airline or hotel denies another flight or hotel.
